Unable to reach your one-G ATD's Instructor Operator Station.
Is the ATD powered on? The ATD must be fully powered on and its startup countdown must have finished before the IOS can accept connections.

If the issue persists, contact one-G support.
Or, edit the one-G IOS Kiosk address configuration (not necessary under normal circumstances)
The one-G Instructor Operator Station (IOS) is a browser-based control interface for your one-G AATD. It enables instructors to configure flight scenarios, monitor student performance, introduce system failures, and manage training sessions in real time. Session data is recorded and automatically uploaded to the one-G Portal for review and debrief.
This kiosk app connects your device directly to the IOS software running on your one-G AATD. To use it, you must be connected to the same local network as your simulator — typically, the simCONNECT Wi-Fi network that the ATD broadcasts. Refer to your documentation for connection instructions.
If you're not currently with your device, the one-G IOS Kiosk Launcher won't be able to reach your IOS. Once on-site and connected to your ATD's network, enter your tail number into the field above, and the one-G IOS Kiosk Launcher will handle the rest.
